Most finance teams are drowning in dashboards and data but still can't answer the question "are we going to be okay?" This session reframes cash flow as an active leadership discipline, not a passive reporting function. We cover why better reports don't equal better outcomes, what consistent cash flow leadership actually looks like as a system, and how finance leaders can move from reactive firefighting to proactive, repeatable cash flow management.
