Course Registrations

There are several convenient ways to register:

  • By web: Click here to find courses and register online with check or credit card payment.
  • By telephone: Call (800) 264-7966 everywhere in Missouri, or (314) 997-7966 in St. Louis.
  • By fax: Fax your registration with credit card payment to (314) 997-2592.
  • By mail: Send your registration to MOCPA Educational Foundation, 540 Maryville Centre Drive, Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63141-9042.

Payment must accompany each registration to reserve your spot in the selected seminar or conference.

Please register at least 10 days prior to the course, because courses with too few registrants may be canceled. You may walk in on the day of the course if space and materials are available. Please call the day before to check availability.

Typically, registration begins at 8 a.m. and the programs run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Your registration confirmation will show exact times.

If you have questions, call the Educational Foundation weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or send an e-mail to member@mocpa.org.

Special Requirements

If you need assistance at a MOCPA seminar because of a disability or for some other reason, contact MOCPA at least two weeks in advance at (800) 264-7966 or (314) 997-7966. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary needs. If you have concerns, please feel free to bring a lunch with you or make other arrangements.

Your Confirmation is Important

Your confirmation contains the date, the time, and the course site. On rare occasions there are changes, so please check the information carefully and bring your confirmation to the course. If you have not received your confirmation 48 hours before the course, call the Educational Foundation at (800) 264-7966 or (314) 997-7966.

Cancellations/Transfers/Substitutions

You may cancel from a class or transfer your registration fee to another class with no penalty, if done so at least six working days before the original class date. Any additional fee is due at the time of the transfer. Cancellations or transfers made within the last five working days before the original class date will incur a $30 fee. One person may substitute for another up to the day of the class with no penalty. If you find that you are unable to attend a class for any reason, please notify MOCPA so that you will not be listed as a "no-show." No refunds or transfers will be allowed for "no-shows."

Special Circumstances Due to Weather

Typically, during inclement weather, MOCPA makes every effort to move forward with scheduled classes for a variety of reasons (i.e. participants and speakers traveled from out-of-town, or participants are trying to fulfill year-end CPE requirements). If the class is still held and you are unable to attend, we will issue you a refund or help you find other courses to fulfill your requirements.

Please be assured the Missouri Society of CPAs is always first and foremost concerned for its members' safety and would always encourage you to make the decision you feel most comfortable with when it comes to traveling in inclement weather or other unexpected events.

For the latest information regarding the status of any MOCPA CPE event, please call (800) 264-7966 and dial extension 122 (professional development department). A MOCPA staff member will assist you during regular business hours or a message will have been recorded with the latest information.
