Prerequisites
At least six (6) months of professional financial statement analysis experience and/or at least six (6) months of professional experience in preparing or reviewing accounting processes and reports; experience working with internal clients or external clients and business leaders.

Tracy Cooper, The Knowledge Institute, LLC
Tracy Cooper, CPA is a specialist in accounting technology solutions and business process improvement. She is based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. She established her consulting firm in 2006 to serve small and mid-size businesses in resolving their accounting, technology, business process, and reporting challenges. She started her career with Price Waterhouse, and eventually moved to the Telecom sector, where she spent 12 years with ALLTEL, holding senior positions in Credit Collections and Fraud, and Business Processes. Tracy’s ability to communicate at both the strategic and tactical levels has given her the privilege of leading training with individuals and groups of all sizes throughout her career, both in the US and abroad.
Tracy graduated from The University of Texas San Antonio summa cum laude. She is an avid sports fan, who enjoys cooking, days at the lake and has recently taken up learning to fly. With two grown children, she and her husband hope to soon resume their traveling ways.
