What started in late 2020 as a challenge gift has resulted in a $1 million scholarship endowment for MOCPA! Thank you to all of our donors for helping us reach our initial $1 million goal, so that we can ease the burden of rising tuition for accounting majors attending Missouri universities and secure the profession's future for years to come.
Our work is not done though; we will continue our efforts to grow the endowment principal, which cannot be spent, in order to better support our profession’s future leaders. Please consider giving to help those following in your footsteps. Contributions are tax-deductible, and 100 percent goes directly to scholarships. Thank you for your support!
Why Donate?
The accounting profession is facing a significant shortage in the supply of accounting graduates and the number of accounting graduates passing the CPA exam. MOCPA is working on numerous initiatives to strengthen the pipeline in Missouri, including through this endowed scholarship fund, to facilitate the entry of more students into the profession.
