2011 MSCPA Professional and Legislative Issues Updates

In October and November, MSCPA members had an opportunity to receive an update on issues impacting the CPA profession at one of four 2011 MSCPA Professional and Legislative Issues Updates. These special events reviewed national issues including the new AICPA/CIMA credential, accounting standards, tax preparer registration and much more.

Attendees also gained a better understanding on how to communicate such pertinent issues with their state legislators during an overview of the MSCPA Legislative Keyperson Program.
