General Information:
**The Kansas City Learning Center is at the corner of Main and 47th/Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd on the Northeast corner of the Country Club Plaza area, in the Inergy building.
**It's across the street from Winstead's on Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., and across the street on Main from Mill Street Park (J.C. Nichols Fountain).
**There are two entrances to the parking garage from 47th/Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd and from Main.
Parking Instructions:
*You may enter the parking garage from either Main Street or 47th / Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
**Please park on the top level of the parking garage. Parking on any other floor may cause your vehicle to be ticketed as these floors are reserved for permanent building tenants. The top floor is all for MSCPA participants and you can walk directly onto the fourth floor where the Learning Center is located! For elevator use, enter on the first floor and notify the on-site course administrator.
From the East:
Travel West on I-70.
Take the Van Brunt Blvd exit (Exit 6).
Turn left onto Van Brunt Blvd.
Van Brunt Blvd becomes Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
Stay straight to go onto Brush Creek Blvd/Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
Turn right into the parking garage at 2 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.

Take I-29 South.
Take I-35 South to the Southwest Trafficway.
Take Southwest Trafficway to Roanoke Pkwy & turn left.
Roanoke Pkwy veers left & turns into 47th St.
Take 47th St to Main.
Go through stoplight at Main.
The building is on the left.
Turn left into the parking garage.

Take I-435.
Take Wornall Road exit.
Turn right (north) on Wornall Rd. to Meyer Blvd. (approximately 5.2 miles).
Right onto Meyer Blvd.
Left onto Brookside Blvd.
Continue on Brookside Blvd. to Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. (approximately 2 miles).
Turn right on Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
Turn left into the parking garage at 2 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.

Traveling East on I-70.

Take Interstate 70 West over the Blanchette Bridge To St. Charles. Take the second exit after the Bridge, 5th Street South Exit 229A, and go to the first light at Veterans Memorial Parkway and make a right. Go one mile to the Fairgrounds Road light. The Convention Center will be immediately on your left. Make a left onto Fairgrounds Road and enter to the rear of the complex.
From the West:
Take Interstate 70 East to St. Charles. Take the First Capitol (State Highway 94) exit 228, make a right at the end of the ramp and go South. Turn left at the first light and head East onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. Go approximately two miles to Beverly Street and make a right. The Convention Center will be immediately on your left.
