>  FASB Proposals Improve M&A Accounting Guidance for Not-For-Profit-Organizations, Provide Decision Useful Information to Financial Statement Users
FASB issued two Exposure Drafts intended to improve the accounting and disclosures for mergers and acquisitions by not-for-profit organizations. The proposals reflect the board's commitment to meet the reporting needs of the not-for-profit community and to ensure that financial statement users have access to decision-useful information. http://www.fasb.org/news/nr100906.shtml
      

>  CFO Economic Outlook Only Marginally Lower

In Excel, Check the size of a file you are using---
Want to know how big the Excel file is that you currently have open? Don't bother messing about in Windows Explorer, simply choose File|Properties from the Excel menu then go to the General tab. There you can find out what size your file was when you last saved it. It also tells you when the file was created, as well as when it was last modified and opened.
