The St. Louis Chapter of MOCPA and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) invite you to a fun evening of networking and learning at Llywelyn's in Webster. Tom Hilton, MOCPA chair, will provide a brief profession update. This event is complimentary for MOCPA and NABA members, and includes appetizers and two drink tickets.

Sept. 27 - MO State Specific Ethics: A Plain English Guide
8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
It can be challenging to find and understand the requirements to keep your license or firm humming along so you can focus on client and business work. This new, plain English course seeks to guide CPAs and firms to best understand and navigate the regulatory environment that impacts the profession in Missouri.
Oct. 25 and 28 - Stray Rescue Volunteer Opportunity
1 - 3 p.m.
THIS EVENT IS FULL ON BOTH DATES. Calling all dog lovers! Join your fellow chapter members at Stray Rescue of St. Louis to help walk the dogs. Volunteers will start off with a short orientation and tour of the facility before interacting with the dogs.
Nov. 14 - Awards Celebration
Join your fellow CPAs for an evening of honoring those who have achieved major milestones and earned prestigious awards during the past year. Show your support of the profession, network with others, and meet successful individuals at all career stages!
Dec. 19 - Salvation Army's Toy Town
4:30 - 8:30 p.m.
'Tis the season for volunteering! Join your fellow chapter members in helping ensure more St. Louis children wake up to a present under their tree on Christmas morning. Volunteers are needed to sort toys, stock the Christmas Shop, serve as hospitality hosts for clients and other volunteers, assist parents in the “shopping” process, and load gifts into vehicles.
