St. Louis Chapter

The St. Louis Chapter has approximately 4,800 members and is made up of the following counties: Crawford, Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Francois, St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Ste. Genevieve, Warren, and Washington.

Oct. 19 - Meet Your Future Employee
11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This virtual career fair for accounting students is back by popular demand! Last year, more than 25 organizations and 100+ students participated! Take this opportunity to meet accounting students and share information about your firm or company, as well as job and internship positions, via one to one or group video chat using the Handshake platform. All proceeds from the event will go to MOCPA's Legacy Endowment Scholarship Fund.

Oct. 21-22 - Volunteer at Stray Rescue
2:30 - 5 p.m. on Oct. 21
8:30 - 11 a.m. on Oct. 22
Join your MOCPA chapter members at Stray Rescue of St. Louis to help walk the center’s dogs! Choose from two different date options. Volunteers will start off with a short orientation and tour of the facility before interacting with the dogs.

Nov. 11 - MOCPA Awards Celebration
5:30 - 8:15 p.m.
Gather with your fellow CPAs at River City Casino for an evening of honoring those who have achieved major milestones and earned prestigious awards during the past year. Show your support of the profession, network with others, and meet successful individuals at all career stages! This event will follow all current CDC and venue guidelines for COVID-19.

Nov. 19 - Volunteer at Nurses for Newborns
1 - 4 p.m.
Nurses for Newborns provides a safety net for families most at-risk to help prevent infant mortality, child abuse, and neglect by providing in-home nursing visits that promote healthcare, education, and positive parenting skills. Join your fellow St. Louis Chapter members in volunteering to bag diapers, sort and match clothes, date food, as well as check and clean baby toys and equipment.
