Technology Tip of the Week
Provided
by the MSCPA Information Technology Committee
In
Excel, Multiple Print Areas
You can set up a worksheet just the way you want, and then
define two non-contiguous areas on the worksheet as your print area. For
instance first select A1:C5, then hold down the Ctrl key as you select
E3:G5. This selection can then be defined as the print area (File | Print
Area | Set Print Area). When you print the worksheet, each of the selected
ranges (A1:C5 and E3:G5) will be printed, but they will print on separate
sheets of paper. There is a way to get them on a single sheet of paper.
