> MSCPA Small Firm Networking Roundtables

Nearly 40 small firm practitioners from across the state have met between Columbia and St. Louis to participate in the first MSCPA Small Firm Networking Roundtable. Various ideas and issues ranging from staffing concerns to balancing work and life during tax season were shared and openly discussed among the participants.

MSCPA has launched a financial literacy initiative to improve the financial health of Missourians. The MSCPA Financial Literacy League is part of a national effort of the CPA profession to reach out to the community and educate the public on matters of financial practices that apply to various stages of life.

Earlier this month, FASB announced the establishment of the Investors Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC). Five federal agencies issued a final statement on the complex structured finance activities of financial institutions. In Excel, Copy data from one worksheet to another with the mouse

To copy a small range of data from one worksheet to another, it is often easier to use the mouse rather than the Cut/Copy and Paste commands. To move the contents of Sheet1!A1:A10 to, say, Sheet2!A1:A10: (1) Select Sheet1!A1:A10. (2) Move to anywhere on border of the selection. Hover there until the mouse pointer changes in to a white arrow. (3) Hold down the left-mouse button and the Alt key and drag the mouse over the tab for Sheet2. (4) Move up to Sheet2!A1. (5) Release the mouse and Alt.
