In
Excel, Show and Dock Toolbars
Forget Tools|Customize
and View|Toolbars. The easiest way to
open a toolbar that is not currently visible is: (1) Right-click on any
toolbar to obtain a list of toolbars available. (2) With a left-click, select
the toolbar you want from the list. That toolbar then appears on screen.
