Within RubinBrown’s assurance services group, Malter provides comprehensive audit and business consulting services to clients in the home building, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
On top of her typical job responsibilities, Malter helped initiate the Work/Life Mentor Circle, a discussion group that meets quarterly to share best practices for balancing personal and professional interests. Even with her professional and charitable endeavors, Malter finds time to spend with her husband and two daughters—a trait for which her colleagues greatly admire her. In addition, she has participated in and now facilitates the firm’s Leadership Education & Development program.
