The Missouri Society of CPAs' Educational Foundation sponsors professional development programs recognized by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy. Special Circumstances Please be assured the Missouri Society of CPAs is always first and foremost concerned for its members safety and would always encourage you to make the decision you feel most comfortable with when it comes to traveling in inclement weather or other unexpected events. For the latest information regarding the status of any MSCPA CPE event, please call 800.264.7966 and dial extension 122 (professional development department). An MSCPA staff member will assist you during regular business hours or a message will have been recorded with the latest information.
Registration Fees:
Please pay the member fee if you are an MSCPA member, a member of another state society, non-CPA attorney, or non-CPA staff member.
Pay the non-member fee if you are a CPA and not a member of MSCPA or another state society.
Course Registrations
Full payment - cash, check, or credit/debit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) - is required at time of registration.

Please use the course code when registering. This is necessary to process your registration.
You'll receive your course materials at the course site unless otherwise noted.
Please register at least 10 days prior to the course, because courses with too few registrants may be canceled. You may walk in on the day of the course if space and materials are available. Please call the day before to check availability.
Typically, registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the programs run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Your registration confirmation will show exact times.

Special Requirements
If you have a need for accommodation at an MSCPA program because of a disability or for some other reason, contact the MSCPA at 800/264-7966 or 314/997-7966. Please notify the society at least two weeks before the program so it may adequately assist you.
Your Confirmation is Important
Your confirmation contains the date, the time, and the course site. On rare occasions there are changes, so please check the information carefully and bring your confirmation to the course. If you have not received your confirmation 48 hours before the course, call the Educational Foundation at 800/264-7966 or 314/997-7966.
Transfers and Substitutes
You may transfer from one class to another up to the date of the original course as long as space and materials are available. Any additional fee is due at that time. One person may substitute for another by calling the society in advance or notifying the course administrator at the course site on the day of the course as long as space and materials are available.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel within the last 10 working days before a course, no refund will be given, but you may transfer to another available class with no penalty. No refunds or transfers will be given for "no shows."
Typically, the MSCPA makes every effort to move forward with scheduled classes for a variety of reasons (i.e. participants and speakers traveled from out-of-town, participants trying to fulfill year-end CPE requirements, etc.). If the class is still held and you are unable to attend, we will issue you a refund, help you find other courses to fulfill your requirements, etc.
